Factory Overview
Well-Equipped Manufacturing Facilities
Our manufacturing operations are divided into two specialized workshops, supported by advanced equipment and rigorous testing systems.
Cabling Workshop (Raw Wiring):
Covering 1,500 square meters (≈16,145 sq. ft.), this workshop is equipped with 70 cable extruders and an additional 50 auxiliary extruders.
It is dedicated to producing custom cables with specialized characteristics such as flexibility, abrasion resistance, and temperature tolerance.
Assembly Workshop
Spanning 3,300 square meters (≈35,520 sq. ft.), this workshop houses over 110 machines and devices, including:
- Wire and cable cutting machines.
- Stripping and tinning machines.
- Crimping tools and terminating machines.
- Soldering stations.
- Injection molding machines.
- UV dispensers and more, each assembly line is equipped with comprehensive wire testers to ensure accuracy and functionality throughout the process.
